–  1.½  cup old fashioned oats

–  ½ tbsp ground cinnamon

–  ½ tbsp baking powder

–  ¼ tbsp salt

–  1 0z applesauce

–  2 tbsp honey

–  ½ tbsp vanilla extract

–  3 0z mixed berries
