– 4 0z chicken breast

Instructions:

2. Grill the marinated chicken breast until cooked thoroughly.
3. In a separate bowl, mix diced tomato, diced red onion, diced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, diced avocado, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to make the avocado salsa.

4. Serve the grilled chicken with a generous serving of avocado salsa on top.
