–  ⅔ Cup AppleSauce 

–  ¼ Cup Milk

–  1 Egg

–  2 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil

–  2 Tbsp Honey

–  ½ Tbsp Vanilla Extract

–  ½ Cup whole wheat flour

–  ½ cup old fashioned oats

–  ½ tbsp baking powder

–  ½ tbsp baking soda

–  ½ tbsp ground cinnamon

–  A pinch of Salt

–  10z chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the applesauce, milk, egg, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
